St. Mark’s 4 year old pre-school class of 2010 held their graduation in the lower level of St. Mark’s Church in Londonderrry on Friday. The children walked into the room from the back of the room and the class was introduced. The students performed 4 songs. The singing started out quiet making the audience strain to hear but became louder as the kids gained confidence. When the singing program ended the music teacher was presented with a gift by one of her students as a thank you for all her hard work.
Parents and guest sat in the back of the room watching their child proceed over a bridge when their name was called signaling the crossover to Kindergarten. The atmosphere was festive with balloons and cake to celebrate their achievement.
