Sarah Rogers was found Saturday, March 13, 2010 1/2 mile from where her car was abandoned.
A local missing persons advocate and author on this Londonderry News Site alerted readers to a search for Sarah Rogers, age 29, who went missing the morning of Sunday, December 13, 2009 after she left her home in Barrington, NH. Ms. Rogers has bipolar and schizophrenic manic episodes and was without medication for a number of days prior. Cynthia Caron of LostNMissing told us this morning that the family would be on the Today Show to make an appeal for information on where she may be.
No leads about where she may be have come in since she vanished on I-95 where her car (Scion) was found abandoned around 6:15 p.m that eve near Clinton, ME (mile marker 141.5) Her car door was open, dome light on with keys in the ignition. Her purse was located 30 feet from her vehicle. Ms. Rogers was wearing inappropriate light clothing, no socks and flat shoes, for the winter weather and did not have her cell phone.
She may be disoriented, or agitated, without her medications.
The police reported footprints leading from her car across the median on the highway, indicating she may have gotten into another vehicle.
Bob Rogers and Sarah’s mother, Ora Sorensen spoke to Matt Lauer and Ann Curry on the Today Show this morning. They were joined by Sarah’s husband, Frritz Coulombe and her young son on the show.
