Monday, August 11th, Jon Rheaume was arrested at a motor vehicle stop. The 29 year old of Londonderry was charged with reckless operation, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, speeding, and disobeying an officer. Rheaume’s bail was set for $1,000 cash and has a court date of September 29, 2014 in Derry.
On Thursday, August 14th, Bret Cooper was was arrested after a motor vehicle stop. The 47 year old was charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Cooper had a court date of August 15th in Derry.

Sunday, June 22nd, Elmer Urias of Malden MA was arrested after a motor vehicle stop for reckless driving at exit 5 on 93. Elmer was charged for reckless operation and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. The 21 year old will be in court on July 14th at Derry Court.
On Saturday, June 28th, Richard Schofield was also arrested after a call to Londonderry Police about a domestic disturbance. The 46 year old of Londonderry was then arrested and charged with second degree assault and simple assault. Schofields bail as set at $5,000 cash and had a court date of June 30th.
Police Logs for 6/15/2014-6/21/2014
A few arrests were made by the Londonderry Police in the course of last week, below are a couple notable.
On Tuesday, June 17, a female caller reported a male covered in blood was attempting to chase after someone and took off in a Honda Odyssey. Moments later a second female caller reported an assault by a male subject. Jacob Rezniow was then arrested for an open container of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, criminal threatening, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention. The 26 year old of Nashua’s bail was set at $5,000 and has a court date of July 14th in Derry.
Wednesday, June 18, a caller reported his friend Natasha had just assaulted him, she was intoxicated. The fight had started at the Irving gas station on Rockingham Road. Natasha and her friend then drove back to her friends house on Bartley Hill Road and dropped him off, then headed home. When Bilewcz got home, the police arrived and arrested her. The 40 year old was charged with resisting arrest or detention and driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. Her bail was set at $2,500 and has a court date of June 30th.
Police Logs for 5/18/2014-5/24/2014
Monday, May 19th, Shane Hirth from Nashua, NH was arrested by Londonderry Police. A male caller was reporting two males were in the parking lot of Aeroflex, arguing. Hirth, 24, had a firearm and was threatening to shoot the other male subject. The male subject ran into the business saying Hirth was threatening to shoot him. The caller stated the male subject knew one of the employees there and when he entered the building he pulled the fire alarm. No one was hurt. The 24 year old was charged with resisting arrest or detention. Shane’s bail was set at $10,500 and went to court on May 20th in Derry.
Dorie Dimarca from Derry was arrested on Thursday May 20th after a motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries, however the 57 year old was taken in by Londonderry Police after being charged for suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension. Her bail was set at $2,000 and has a court date of June 16th in Derry.

Several arrests were made here in Londonderry last week. Below are a few notable.
Thursday, May 15, Londonderry Police got a call about a shoplifting incident at Market Basket and arrested 2 individuals. Sheree Shattuck of Greenville, NH was arrested. The 34 year old was held at $3,000 bail and has a court date of June 16, 2014 in the 10th Circuit Court in Derry, NH.
Benjamin Wylie was also arrested on the same charge, receiving stolen property. The 26 year old was held at $5,000 cash and had a court date of May 19th in the 10th Circuit Court in Derry, NH.
On Friday, May 16, David Gauthier of Derry, NH was served with a warrant for receiving stolen property. The 26 year old’s bail was set at $4,000 PR plus the $40.00 bail commissioner’s fee. He is now scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on June 16, 2014.

Several arrests were made here in Londonderry recently. Below are a couple notable arrests.
Sunday, May 4th, 28 year old Marquez Licon was arrested after a motor vehicle check. Derry Police received a call reporting a white sedan at the stop lights at exit 4 off ramp from route 93 at a stop for approximately 10 minutes with a male passed out in the drivers seat. Licon was charged for driving while intoxicated, his second offense, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. His bail was set at $10,000 PR plus the $40.00 bail commissioner’s fee. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on May 12th.
Thursday, May 8th, William Edmunds was arrested for unlawful activities. A caller reported he was passed out in the driver seat of his car at the park and ride in Londonderry. The 37 year old was charged with habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension of license, open container, and driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. Edmunds’ bail was set at $5,000 cash with a court date of May 19th in the 10th Circuit Court in Derry.
