We are proud to announce that we surpassed our company goal of collecting 10,000 warm coats, hats, and mittens for local Southern NH Charities. Our associates collected 10,172 pieces of warm clothing that were distributed to charities like The Make Over Ministry, Manchester YMCA, New Horizons Soup Kitchen and Shelter, The Upper Room, The Sonshine Soup Kitchen, and The Salvation Army.

We would like to especially thank AAMCO of Londonderry, Coffeeberries, Embroid Me, The Londonderry MOMS Club, The Boy Scouts of America, Spectrum Gymnastics, Cozy Kids Daycare, The Londonderry School District, The Londonderry High School Student Council.

Londonderry Company Sets Sights on 10,000 Coats

Prudential Verani Realty is excited to announce their 9th Annual Coat Drive. From now through December 1st , associates will be working hard to collect clean warm coats, hats, mittens, and scarves to be donated to local Southern New Hampshire charities.

David Nease, a REALTOR with Prudential Verani, is leading the Londonderry team again this year. Nease said Prudential Verani’s goal this year is to collect 10,000 coats and mittens for Southern New Hampshire families in need. Prudential Verani’s associates will be visiting local schools, businesses, and organizations within the community to ask for their support. Local moving companies have donated collection boxes which local businesses like Spectrum Gymnastics, AAMCO of Londonderry, and Coffeeberries have set up to collect the donations.
Nease, a resident of Londonderry, said with the current economic climate, it’s more important than ever to look out for those less fortunate in our community. “We are a local family owned business and one of our core values is giving back to the community,” said Nease. “There are many families struggling to put food on the table and heat their homes this Winter. They have very little left over for warm clothes.”

Clothing can be dropped off at any of Prudential Verani’s 13 locations including the Londonderry office located at 1 Verani Way behind Poor Boy’s Restaurant at Exit 5. Nease is also looking for local organizations that would be willing to partner up and hold their own mini coat drives. Last year the local Londonderry MOMS club collected over 400 coats that Prudential Verani then distributed to local charities like the Make Over Ministry, New Horizons Soup Kitchen, and the Manchester YMCA.
