Innocent victim picking up food taken to Manchester Hospital and later Mass General for treatment. Manchester Police report 3 motorcycle clubs involved.
The investigation into the shooting at Luigis Pizza, located at 712 Valley Street, has resulted in the arrest of a Londonderry man. The Manchester Police were called to Luigis Pizza on Friday, April 16th at approximately 8:40 PM for a reported fight inside the establishment. Prior to the officers arrival, they were informed that gunshots were now being reported from that area. Upon the arrival of the officers, they located a victim who had been shot. Upon further examination of the victim, the officers were able to determine that he had sustained numerous injuries from a shotgun round. The victim was identified as, Jared Pellerin. Pellerin is 18 years old, and a resident of Manchester. Pellerin was with some friends attempting to pick up some food from Luigis Pizza when he innocently fell victim to the shooting. Once the officers located Pellerin he was brought to the Elliot Hospital and later transported to Massachusetts General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
During the course of the investigation, three groups were identified as being involved in the fight inside Luigis Pizza. They were the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, Hells Angels Motorcycle Club and Milford and Company Motorcycle Club. The three motorcycle clubs involved were observed wearing insignia representing each club. The altercation started inside the establishment and eventually spilled out to the back parking lot. Once the groups were in the parking lot, the reports of gunshots being heard started coming in. During the course of the investigation, Manchester Investigators were able to positively identify all parties involved in the altercation. The investigation continued, which revealed who was responsible for the shooting of Jared Pellerin.

Haken was arrested on an unrelated Manchester Police Department arrest warrant for Simple assault, dated 03-23-2010. Once Haken was located and arrested, he was also charged with First Degree Assault for the shooting of Jared Pellerin and Felony Reckless Conduct for shooting a 20 gauge shotgun in the direction of other innocent bystanders. Haken is believed to be affiliated with the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. Kristofer Haken is scheduled to be arraigned at the Manchester District Court today for the three charges.
According to Detective Sergeant Carlo Capano of the Manchester Police, “The investigation into the incident continues and investigators expect more arrests in the near future. Kristofer Haken was recently arrested for Domestic Disturbance of Simple Assault, and possession of a controlled/narcotic on December 12th 2009 at 2:30 in the morning in Londonderry. He was released on $3,000 pr bail and was set to appear in Derry District court for that offense on December 22nd 2009. The booking photo here is from that offense.
Update on the Luigi’s Restaurant Shooting

As part of the ongoing investigation into the shooting that occurred at Luigi’s Restaraunt, the Manchester Police Department continued investigation and rounding up those involved in the April 16th shooting.
Today April 20th, arrested Alisha Cote, 24, of 335 Concord St. #3 Manchester, NH was arrested at her residence without incident. She is being charged with Hindering Apprehension, and Falsifying Physical Evidence. Her bail was set at 20,000 cash or surety, and is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow at Manchester District Court at 8:15am.
Also as a result of the investigation, and with the assistance of the N.H. State Police, the Manchester Police Department arrested Fernando Daraujo, 40, of 55 Dearborn St. Manchester, NH. Daraujo was arrested on warrants from the N.H. State Police for two counts of sales of a narcotic drug. His bail was set at 20,000 cash or surety, and he is scheduled to be arraigned at Manchester District Court tomorrow at 8:15am.
Owner of Luigi’s Restaurant Arrested

Arrests continue in the shooting at Luigi’s Restaurant in Manchester, the first arrest a Londonderry Resident Kristofer Haken who allegedly shot Jared Pellerin. Jared a High School Student is now recovering from gunshot wounds to his hand.
In furtherance of the investigation into the shooting that happened outside of Luigi’s Restaurant on April 16, 2010, the Manchester Police Department, today arrested, Petros Kostakis, the owner of Luigi’s.
Kostakis was arrested on a warrant charging him with reckless conduct for allegedly firing his gun in the parking lot while others were nearby.
Kostakis was released on $10,000 P.R. bail, and will be arraigned at Manchester District Court on May 14, 2010 at 8:15am.
