Just before 7pm, Londonderry Police responded to 15 Robin Hood Dr. for a 911 call reporting a shooting involving two brothers.

According to Lieutenant Chris Gandia of the Londonderry Police, “It is alleged that Andrew Dadian was handling a firearm when it went off striking his brother Peter Dadian in the neck.  Through preliminary investigation, the shooting appears accidental in nature.  While officers were at the residence, there was an item discovered that appeared to be an improvised explosive device (PVC pipe bomb).  The residence was evacuated and the neighborhood was secured until the scene could be rendered safe.  NHSP Explosive Disposal Unit responded to the scene and determined that it was not an explosive device.  Detectives have obtained a search warrant for the residence due to other contraband present.  Additional charges may be pending based on the result of the search warrant and the on-going investigation. ”
