Police Log for 11/19/09-11/25/09
A woman called the police station saying there was a dog running loose on Laurel Hill Drive. Apparently the dog was chasing down cars and barking and growling at them. It appears the cars drove away in terror.

With all our new cell service in Londonderry everyone is helpful to those in need! “A caller on Thursday the 19th of November reported a motor vehicle off the roadway “smoking” at 7:30 in the morning.”

With way to many connections to a Looney Toon cartoon this next report is included in the story if you select to read more, “Male caller reporting 2 hound dogs trying to get at his rabbits. Dogs were last seen running Wiley Hill Road towards town line.”

Supporting Affidavit For Request To Issue Arrest Warrant
State of New Hampshire
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY DERRY DISTRICT COURT
10/27/2009
I, OFFICER JASON G TEUFEL , being duly sworn, herewith make application for the issuance of an Arrest warrant against the defendant:
Defendant’s Name: Paul Jensen
DOB: 12/2/1959
I have information that the crime of Criminal Trespass has been committed by the defendant as follows:
1. On October 16, 2009 at 1443 hours, I responded to 124 Lane 3A at the Whispering Pines Trailer Park for a burglary report. I met with the homeowner, Mary Kirwin, DOB: 3/15/1930 and her son, Paul Kirwin Jr., DOB: 4/29/1955 when I arrived.
2. Mary said she and her son had been in a rehabilitation center in Derry, NH since July 17, 2009. They returned home on October 13, 2009. During this time, no one was supposed to be at the residence. On October 13, 2009, Mary and Paul K. immediately noticed their TV and lawn chairs were missing from the sunroom. Paul K. also noticed the bedroom window at the rear of the residence had been pried open slightly causing the window to crack, but entry was not made through the window. The sunroom door was left unlocked while they were away. They also noticed the kettle grill on the porch was moved to their front lawn. It appeared to them someone had used it.
3. Paul K. said the only time he visited the residence was sometime in the beginning of October. He said his son, Michael Kirwin, DOB: 1/5/1981, had returned to the residence briefly to get clothes. He said Michael entered the residence and did not notice anything out of the ordinary. Michael took over some custodial responsibility for the residence, while his father and grandmother were in rehabilitation. The neighbor across the street, Darlene Desmarais, DOB: 1/17/1960, came over and told Michael that she saw juveniles hanging out in the sunroom. However, Michael never told him what the final outcome of the conversation with Darlene. Mary and Paul K. assumed no one had entered the main residence, which is why they felt no exigency in reporting the burglary.
4. On October 25, 2009, I spoke with Michael on the phone. He said he remembered the day he brought his father to the residence to get clothes. He said when he went into the sunroom he noticed the Magnavox TV was missing. Next, he saw the front door was ajar, but still locked. xxxxxx He went into the residence and saw that items had been rummaged through including medication bottles. He said Darlene came over and told him she saw people go into the residence twice. On the first occasion, Darlene told him a man walked up and down lane 3A casing lot 124. The man then entered the residence. On the second occasion, there were two men and she saw them go into the residence, then come out. Michael immediately went to the main office to notify management. He wasn’t sure who he talked to, but was told there was nothing that could be done. Michael did not report the incident to the police.
5. Michael said his father and grandmother are very ill and he visits regularly to check on them. Michael said he told his father about the incident, but figured his father wouldn’t remember it because he is usually medicated. He said while they were in rehabilitation he never actually checked on the residence. Instead, he would only get their mail, which is located near the main office.
6. Lot 122 and 126 are currently vacant. I did not make contact with anyone at 125 or 128. I spoke with Darlene at 127 and she told me what happened when she spoke with Michael during his visit early October.
7. Darlene said approximately three weeks prior, she saw two men on lot 124. She described them as one older male, who she knows lives at lot 122 and a younger male in his 20′s. She said she saw the older male come out of the sunroom of lot 124 and go to lot 122. She said she saw the younger male go into the sunroom of lot 124, but not come out. She said she had also observed younger males using the grill on more than one occasion. She could not provide their description.
8. Darlene called the main office and requested trailer park manager, Paul MacDonald, DOB: 1/16/1956, come to lot 124 to check out who the men were. Darlene said she went over to lot 124 and learned that the back door was ajar and it appeared the residence had been rummaged through. She said Paul M. would contact Michael.
9. Darlene believes her neighbor at lot 122 is the suspect in this case. She said she recognized him because he walks through the neighborhood frequently and she also saw him in the woods behind lot 124 as well. Darlene’s cousin, who was visiting during the time Paul M. was called also recognized her neighbor. She did not want to be identified or provide any details.
10. After speaking with Darlene, I went over to lot 122. Paul Jensen, DOB: 12/2/1959 and his son Michael Jensen, DOB: 7/16/1990 answered the door. I asked them to talk about the event at lot 124 and they agreed to speak with me. I told Paul I was investigating a burglary and he was named as suspect by witnesses in the neighborhood. He appeared surprised and denied going anywhere near lot 124. Furthermore, he told me he does walk through the neighborhood, but only to visit friends on another lane. He then told me was at lot 124 looking through the trash barrel. He said he saw a weed whacker in the trash and figured he could take it home to fix it to use for himself. Paul said he doesn’t have a lot of money and fixes what he can. I confronted him about telling me he had never gone anywhere near the property and he said he just went to the trash can and not in the residence. I told him a witness had recognized him and a younger male subject going in and out of the residence. His only answer was that it was a case of mistaken identity.
11. Michael said he lives with his mother in Massachusetts. He said he has never gone anywhere near lot 124. He said he has no reason to burglarize any property. I told both men to write statements and drop them off at the station.
12. After speaking with Paul and Michael J. I went to the Whispering Pines Trailer Park office. I met with park manager Paul M. He said approximately three ago, he confirmed Darlene called him and said two males subjects were around lot 124 doing something. Paul immediately went down to lot 124 and saw Paul J. in the driveway of lot 124 going through the garbage. He said Paul J. showed him a weed whacker he found in it and told him he just rummaging around looking for things to salvage. When Paul M. confronted Paul J. about going in the residence, Paul J. denied going near the residence.
13. Paul M. checked the house and confirmed the door leading to the residence was unlocked. Paul M. called Michael Kirwin and left a message. He said he never received a call back. I asked Paul M. if he has had any problems with Paul J. in the neighborhood. He told me nothing substantial, just loud noise complaints.
14. On October 16, 2009, Paul and Michael Jensen dropped off their written statements. Paul J. states the following: In August 2009, Paul re-located to Derry, NH from Wilmington, MA; He is currently going through a divorce and was staying with a friend, May Arenella on Lane 4; He did a lot of walking through the park and became known by the Park’s owner and staff; The last week of August 2009, he moved into 3A lot 107 with his children; In September 2009, after receiving noise complaints, Paul M. allowed him to re-locate to lot 120; In mid-September 2009, he was in the driveway of the vacant trailer next door (Lot 122), looking through the trash at a weed wacker; Paul M. pulled into lot 124 and asked him if he had been or seen anyone at lot 124; Paul J. replied that he had been in the next driveway for ten minutes and had not seen anyone; Thirty minutes later, Paul M. came back to speak with Paul J. and asked him if he had been looking through the windows of lot 124; Paul J. admitted to checking out lot 124 to see what workers were doing and thought it was vacant; Paul M. asked Paul J. to go and be identified as being the person looking through the windows and Paul M. was never heard from again; Paul J. is paralyzed in his right arm and left foot. He said his doctor told him the best thing he could do for his left foot was to walk consistently; Both he and his son have no criminal record; Paul J. said he is a new face in the neighborhood that no one knows, but see him walking regularly; Paul J. states and his son have no involvement in this case and believe it is a severe case of mistaken identity.
15. Michael J. states the following: Michael was previously aware of the situation at lot 124 because his father had told him Paul M. had spoken to him; He said his father frequently walks through the neighborhood; The day in question, Michael visited his dad for the first time at lot 120; Two weeks later, Michael moved in with his father and secured two jobs in Derry, NH to help out with household duties; Michael said he has never looked through any windows on their frequent walks; The day in question, Michael was in Massachusetts; He arrived 45 minutes after Paul M. visited his father.
16. Darlene provided testimony stating she knew Paul Jensen lives at lot 120, has seen him walk through the neighborhood frequently, and saw him go into lot 124. She did not recognize Michael Jensen. Furthermore, Paul admitted to being on the property, looking through the windows, and even going through the trash of lot 124.
Based upon the foregoing information, there is probable cause to believe that the defendant did commit the crime or offense as stated above.
Wherefore, I request the issuance of an arrest warrant and an order for a duly authorized officer to take the defendant and bring him/her before the court having jurisdiction.

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY DERRY DISTRICT COURT
11/02/2009
I, OFFICER DANIEL M HURLEY , being duly sworn, herewith make application for the issuance of an Arrest warrant against the defendant:
Defendant’s Name: MATTHEW LLOYD
DOB: 10/30/1984
I have information that the crime of Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property has been committed by the defendant as follows: (describe source, facts indicating reliability and credibility of source, and nature of information; if based in personal knowledge, so state):
1. On 10/28/2009 at approximately 1540 hours, I responded to the Route 102 Shell Station for a Theft report. Upon my arrival, I met with the victim of the theft:
ROBERT LEBELL
DOB: 01/07/1962
Lebell informed me that at approximately 1500 hours, he (Lebell) purchased gasoline from the Route 102 Shell and lost his wallet in the process. Lebell informed me that he believed his wallet fell on the ground next to Pump 3, and it was no longer there.
2. An attendant at the Shell station obtained the video surveillance footage of gas pump #3 for the time frame in which Lebell believed he lost his wallet. The video in this time frame shows Lebell’s wallet laying on the ground for several minutes after Lebell had dropped it. At approximately 1505 hours, a Ford Taurus; color green; bearing NH registration: XXX XXXX, pull up to the gas pumps in the area of Lebell’s wallet. The operator of this vehicle then walks over to the wallet, picks it up, and puts it in his pocket. This individual then enters the Shell Food Mart, and walks around the store before going to the cash register. By way of the video surveillance footage, this individual is clearly seen as a: white male in his late twenties, with brown/auburn colored hair/beard/mustache, wearing a black leather jacket, black hat with red lettering, and black jeans.
3. The license plate on the green Ford Taurus was run through dispatch, and the registered owner of the vehicle was identified as:
GEORGE LLOYD
DOB: 5/11/1963
49R Scenic Drive, Derry NH
4. Since no phone number was on file, Derry Police were contacted, and contact information for G. Lloyd was obtained. I contacted G. Lloyd who advised me that his son had the vehicle all day, and provided me with contact information for his son. G. Lloyd went on to confirm that his son was in fact in his late twenties and had brown/auburn colored facial hair. G. Lloyd’s son was identified as:
MATTHEW LLOYD
DOB: 10/30/1984
5. I contacted Lloyd who advised me that he did in fact stop at the Route 102 Shell Station in Londonderry at approximately 1500 hours. I then asked M. Lloyd if he found a wallet while he was at the Shell station, to which M. Lloyd replied “yeah, that was my wallet. I dropped it and then picked it up”. I advised M. Lloyd that Route 102 Shell has a very sophisticated video surveillance system, and that wallet had been there for several minutes before he arrived. M. Lloyd then informed me that he did take the wallet, but got scared, so he threw it on the ground next to the Bank of America ATM on the side of the building. I again advised M. Lloyd that Route 102 Shell has cameras located on all sides of the building, and I knew for a fact that he did not throw the wallet out his window. At this point M. Lloyd stated “Okay, do you want the whole truth?”. I advised M. Lloyd that I did. M. Lloyd then proceeded to tell me that he took the wallet with the intention of returning the wallet to the rightful owner, but was nervous to bring it back to him. I then advised M. Lloyd that he needed to bring the wallet to Londonderry Police Headquarters immediately. M. Lloyd was at work, however, he did bring the wallet to Police Headquarters at approximately 1945 hours on 10/28/2009. Lloyd apologized when he turned in the wallet.
6. An inventory of the wallet was conducted and reveled that there was $500.00 cash in the wallet, along with misc. credit cards and papers. Photographs were taken of the wallet’s contents and attached to the incident report.
7. Lebell was contacted and his wife responded to Londonderry Police Headquarters to retrieve her husband’s wallet. Lebell advised me via telephone that he did wish for charges to be brought against M. Lloyd for the theft of his (Lebell’s) wallet.
Based upon the foregoing information, there is probable cause to believe that the defendant did commit the crime or offense as stated above.
Wherefore, I request the issuance of an arrest warrant and an order for a duly authorized officer to take the defendant and bring him/her before the court having jurisdiction.

LONDONDERRY, N.H. POLICE DEPARTMENT
GERSTEIN AFFIDAVIT
11/21/2009
ROCKINGHAM, SS
I, OFFICER DANIEL M HURLEY, have reasonable grounds to believe that ANDREW CHRISTIE (D.O.B. 12/10/1983) has committed the crime(s) of: DISORDERLY CONDUCT based on the following probable cause:
- On 11/21/2009 at approximately 1457 hours, I responded to Noyes Road for a report of a resident who was out of control. Noyes Road is an Easter Seals home that houses individuals with special needs. I was advised by dispatch that the individual in question was the same individual who was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at Noyes Road on 11/20/2009. This individual is:
ANDREW CHRISTIE
DOB: 12/10/1983
- Officer Teufel and I arrived on scene and parked our cruisers at the end of the residence’ driveway. As we made our way toward the house, I observed several individuals on the porch, one of which I knew to be Andrew Christie. Christie was yelling very loudly and swinging his arms in a confrontational manner. Christie was yelling “XXXX You! XXXX You! XXXX This! XXXX This Place!” over and over again. As I approached the porch I recognized the remaining three individuals to be staff members from the Easter Seals Home.
- As I reached the porch Christie was still swearing, yelling, acting aggressively. I told Christie to calm down and tell me what happened. He responded to this question by saying “XXXX this place! XXXX him! XXXX that XXXhole!”. I again told Christie he needed to calm down to which he replied “XXXX You”. At this point I asked Christie if he remembered his bail conditions from his arrest the previous day. Christie advised me that he did. I told Christie that his current behavior was a breach of his bail conditions and that his actions were unacceptable. Christie responded by saying “I dont XXXXing care. I hate my life. I hate this XXXXing place!”. Christie was again told to lower his voice, calm down, and watch his language.
- At this point a staff member informed me that Christie had been acting violently and out of control all day. When Christie heard this he became very upset and again started yelling “XXXX You! I XXXXing hate You!” over and over. Christie then turned slightly towards the staff member, clenched his fists, and looked as if he were going to attack this individual.
- At this point I grabbed Christie by the wrist, and told him to turn around and place his hands behind his back. Christie said “No!”. I told Christie that he was being placed under arrest, and Christie then turned around and placed his hands behind his back. Christie was handcuffed (cuffs were double locked) and searched. Christie continued to swear throughout this process. At this point I handed Christie over to Officer Teufel while I retrieved my cruiser from the end of the driveway. I brought my cruiser up to the house and Officer Teufel placed Christie in the rear of my cruiser. While being secured in the back of the cruiser Christie yelled “XXXX You!” repeatedly, and also yelled “I want my XXXXing money!” to another resident of the house who had come outside. I told Christie to be quiet and get in the cruiser. Christie said “XXXX You!” and then got into the cruiser where he was secured by Officer Teufel.
- It should be noted that several neighbors (including children) had come out of their homes during the commotion. Some of these neighbors were standing in their yards looking toward xx Noyes Road, and others were standing in the Street. These individuals were in ear-shot of Christie during the incident.
The State respectfully request cash bail for this defendant, based on the following circumstances:
- The fact that Christie had been arrested for Disorderly Conduct, and released on Personal Recognizance Bail the previous day 11/20/2009.
- The fact that Christie’s behavior had not improved from the 11/20/2009 incident, and the fact that Easter Seals Staff feels that Christie is becoming more violent and that if returned to the residence another incident is likely to occur.
Bail Commissioner Fred Priestley has set bail in the amount of $2000.00 cash.

Supporting Affidavit For Request To Issue Arrest Warrant
INSTRUCTION: A person seeking an arrest warrant shall appear personally before any justice or justices of the peace, and shall give an affidavit in the form hereinafter prescribed. The affidavit shall contain facts, information and circumstances upon which such person relies to establish probable cause for the issuance of the warrant, and the affidavit may be supplemented by oral statements, under oath for the establishment of probable cause. The person issuing the warrant shall retain the affidavit and shall make notes personally of any oral statements under oath supplementing the affidavit or arrange for transcript to be made of such oral statements.
PROBABLE CAUSE IS DEFINED AS: “An apparent state of facts found to exist upon reasonable inquiry, which would induce a reasonably intelligent and prudent (person) to believe, in a criminal case, that the accused person had committed the crime charged.”
State of New Hampshire
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY DERRY DISTRICT COURT
11/15/2009
I, K9 Officer John W. Perry II #27, being duly sworn, herewith make application for the issuance of an arrest warrant against the defendant:
Defendant’s Name: JAMES PECK
DOB: 09/09/1982
I have information that the crime of Simple Assault has been committed by the defendant as follows:
1). On 10/18/09 at approximately 0045 hours I responded to 82 Hovey Rd for a report of a fight in progress. While still on route, the reporting party advised that the suspects were leaving the residence in a pickup truck and heading north on Hardy Road. Officer Wiggin and Officer Bettencourt stopped two pickup trucks near the intersection of Hardy Rd and Stonehenge Rd. A James Peck Jr. was the driver of one of the vehicles. He stated to Officer Wiggin that he had not attended the party but had only gone to 82 Hovey Rd to pick up his friends. Peck was later arrested for DWI. Throughout the evening he repeatedly told Officer Wiggin that he was not at the party.
2). When I arrived at the residence the fight was over. I made contact with the victim, Alan Faucher. Faucher was seated in a chair with an ice pack on his ankle. He stated to me that a white male subject, later identified as James Peck Jr, punched him in the face and knocked him to the ground.
3). I spoke to two witnesses who confirmed Faucher’s story. David Major and Shawn Landers both provided me with written statements in which they allege that Peck was the aggressor and started the fight with Faucher.
4). On 10/29/09 at approximately 2300 hours James Peck Jr. came to the LPD to file an assault complaint against Alan Faucher. Peck changed his story from the night of the incident. He now stated that Faucher assaulted him and that he only fought back in self defense. He apologized to Officer Wiggin for lying to him on the night of the original incident.
Based upon the foregoing information, there is probable cause to believe that the defendant did commit the crime or offense as stated above.
Wherefore, I request the issuance of an arrest warrant and an order for a duly authorized officer to take the defendant and bring him/her before the court having jurisdiction.

State of New Hampshire
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY DERRY DISTRICT COURT
11/06/2009
I, OFFICER DANIEL M HURLEY , being duly sworn, herewith make application for the issuance of an Arrest warrant against the defendant:
Defendant’s Name: WILLIAM RHODES
DOB: 10/31/1989
I have information that the crime of Theft of a Vehicle has been committed by the defendant as follows: (describe source, facts indicating reliability and credibility of source, and nature of information; if based in personal knowledge, so state):
1. On 10/28/2009 at approximately 1418 hours I responded to the lobby of Londonderry Police Headquarters for a report of a Motor Vehicle Theft. Upon my arrival, I met with the victim:
KATELYNN DENTREMONT
DOB: 12/27/1989
Dentremont advised me that she is the registered owner of a: 1995 NISSAN MAXIMA, 4DR SEDAN, COLOR GRAY, VIN: JN1CA21D0ST043748. Dentremont went on to inform me that she currently does not have a license, and has been letting her sister’s boyfriend use the vehicle for approximately the past four months. Dentremont’s sister’s boyfriend was identified as:
WILLIAM RHODES
DOB: 10/31/1989
2. Dentremont explained that Rhodes is currently living with her sister at 97 Pillsbury Road, Londonderry NH and she (Dentremont) is living at 6 Chester Road, Derry New Hampshire. Dentremont informed me that she and Rhodes had a falling out approximately one year ago in regards to money being stolen from Rhodes. Dentremont advised me that Rhodes blamed her for the theft of the money; however, he never reported the theft to the Police. Dentremont explained that Rhodes is still very bitter about this alleged theft, and still holds her (Dentremont) accountable for the money lost.
3. On approximatley 10/28/2009, after realizing her vehicle was gone, Dentremont went into the residence at 97 Pillsbury Road and asked her Mother where the vehicle was. Dentremont’s Mother was identified as:
KAREN MALLAHAN
Mallahan advised Dentremont that she believes William Rhodes had taken her vehicle and sold it. Mallahan did not know when Rhodes took the vehicle; where he sold it; or who he sold it to, but Mallahan did advise Detremont that Rhodes sold the vehicle.
4. Dentremont advised me that well over six months ago, she had a casual conversation with Rhodes about selling the vehicle at some point. However, Dentremont advised me that she never gave Rhodes permission to sell the vehicle, and that Rhodes never contacted her about potentially selling said vehicle. Dentremont was able to present me with the title to the vehicle and the vehicles registration.
5. On 11/03/2009 at approximately 1430 hours, I met Rhodes in the Lobby of Londonderry Police Headquarters in regards to the incident relating to Dentremont’s vehicle. I started the conversation by asking Rhodes if he knew why he was here. Rhodes responded to this question by saying: “because Kates mad that I sold her car”. At this point I asked Rhodes to explain the entire situation. Rhodes informed me that approximately six months ago Katelyn Dentremont stole $400.00 from his wallet while he was sleeping. Rhodes went on to inform me that when he confronted Dentremont about the theft, she simply brushed him off and neither confirmed nor denied the theft. Rhodes advised me that as a result of the alleged theft, Dentremont moved out of 97 Pillsbury Road and to a residence in Derry NH.
6. Rhodes then advised me that approximately five and a half months ago Dentremont was having an argument with her Mother and Sister (Rhodes’ girlfriend) about the theft. Rhodes advised me that Dentremont allegedly stated during this fight “He can have the car.”. Rhodes informed me that he was not at the house during this conversation, and never spoke to Dentremont directly about this statement. Rhodes also informed me that he hasn’t spoken to Dentremont in approximately six months, and never received the title for the vehicle or any written documentation transferring ownership of the vehicle to him (Rhodes) from Dentremont.
7. Rhodes then advised me that on approximately 10/26/2009, he made arrangements with a Junk Yard in Massachusetts (Possibly Tewksbury), to trade Dentremont’s vehicle for automobile parts. Rhodes advised me that the parts he was to receive for the vehicle were all for his 1994 Nissan Sentra. The parts received are as follows:
- (1) Radiator with full assembly unit
- (1) Front grill with full assembly unit
- (1) Hood
- (1) Head-light
- (1) Front blinker
8. Rhodes informed me that on approximately 10/26/2009, a tow truck from the Junk Yard arrived at 97 Pillsbury Road; dropped off the vehicle parts; and picked up Dentremont’s vehicle. Rhodes advised me that he did in fact have to sign documentation with the vehicle’s information on it, after giving the vehicle to the tow truck operator.

07/22/2009
I, OFFICER EMILY M ROGERS , being duly sworn, herewith make application for the issuance of an Arrest warrant against the defendant:
Defendant’s Name: William Stanley
DOB: 08/01/66
I have information that the crimes of criminal mischief and criminal threatening have been committed by the defendant as follows: (describe source, facts indicating reliability and credibility of source, and nature of information; if based in personal knowledge, so state):
1. I Emily Rogers am a full time police officer with the Londonderry Police Department. I have been employed as such for two years and eleven months. I graduated the New Hampshire full time police academy in November 2006. I have received training in various aspects of law enforcement including investigations. I have over the past few years investigated other crimes of threatening and criminal mischief.
2. On 5-31-09 at approximately 1630 hours I responded to LPD headquarters for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. Upon arrival I spoke with the victim, Alexander Cooper. Who stated, at approximately 1400 hours, he stopped at the Sunoco station on Rockingham Road while there he purchased gas, for his truck, and a beverage.
3. Alex stated he took a right, out of the parking lot, onto Rockingham Rd. Once on Rockingham Rd a white van pulled in front of him and stopped forcing him to stop his vehicle. On the side of the van was a company logo, “Colonial Paving”. Alex stated, two men exited the van, and walked back to his truck yelling at him. Alex stated he recognized one of the men, and identified him as William Stanley. I asked Alex how he knew William Stanley. He stated, he has seen him before, and heard pepole, family members, talking about him in the past. He also stated he believes William Stanley is the owner of Colonial Paving.
4. Alex stated William and the other man were making threats against him. He described William Stanley having stated ” Get out of the truck we’re gonna kick your XXX!”
5. Alex stated, he saw an opportunity to drive away and started to do so, while the two men were hitting the doors and windows of his truck. Alex stated, as his vehicle pulled away, William Stanley, punched the side of the truck.
6. Alex stated he was not sure what to do after he drove away, so he went home and told his parents what happened. When Alex, and his parents, looked at the truck, they found a scratch, and a dent on the left rear quarter panel. His parents told him to report the icident to the police. He stated he went to Manchester Police Department first. Manchester directed him to Londonderry where the incident occured.
7. I observed the damage and found the scratch and the dent. It appeared to have been made by a hard object with an edge, possibly a ring.
8. An estimate for the damage to the truck was conducted by Eastern Auto Body and totals $1,698.94 for the repairs needed.
9. The following evening I spoke to Mr. and Mrs. Cooper about the event. I explained to them that I began my investigation, and asked them if there is any reason William Stanley would threaten their son. Mr. Cooper stated there is a long history between the two families.
10. I attempted to contact William Stanley via telephone to ask him about the incident. I called the telephone number we have in our records, 603-434-XXXX, however there was no answer. I called the number again about 40 minutes later, an answering machine picked up, the message was for a business not Colonial Paving. I was not able to find a new telephone number.
11. I have attempted to speak to Mr. Stanley at his residence, 14 Trolley Car Lane Londonderry NH , however, despite the presence of vehicles in the driveway, no one will answer the door.
12. I inquired about the cameras at the Sunoco gas station, and I was told they have cameras outside….
13. On 7-21-09 I went again to 14 Trolley Car Lane, William Stanley’s residence, and attempted to speak to him about this incident. I knocked on the door several times but no one answered the door.
Based upon the foregoing information, there is probable cause to believe that the defendant did commit the crime or offense as stated above.
Wherefore, I request the issuance of an arrest warrant and an order for a duly authorized officer to take the defendant and bring him/her before the court having jurisdiction.
