Day of Free at World Class Martial Arts

Erin O'Niel of World Class Martial Arts in Londonderry, NH Mark your calendar, this Sunday October 18th World Class Martial arts will hold a free day of classes and demonstrations. This day of fun and learning has no obligation or future commitments.

Erin O’Niel said, “As the owner and one of the instructors at World Class Martial Arts in Londonderry, I invite you to come to our school and see what it is all about. I have been told by students that our style of instruction gets them started in and keeps them in our Martial Arts classes.”

10:00 am – 11:00 am Tai Chi Easy – Moving Meditation
11:15 am – 11:45 am Karate Demo – Kenpo, Kali and Weapons
11:45 am – 12:15pm Kids Karate for Concentration
12:20 pm – 12:50 pm Adult Kenpo Karate for Health
12:55 pm – 1:25 pm Fitness Kickboxing for weight loss
1:30pm – 2:15 pm Intro to Self Defense & Martial Fitness Core Training
2:15pm – 3:00 pm Demonstration Warriors Realm Martial Arts
