Local Planning Commission to Host Regional Workshop

The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC) will be holding a Regional Visioning Workshop tomorrow, June 1, 2013, to receive input on the future of the southern New Hampshire region. The workshop will be held at Barka Elementary School in Derry and will allow the general public to share their ideas on the future of the region.

The workshop will begin at 8:30 AM with arrivals, registration, and coffee and refreshments. Promptly at 9 AM, David Preece, Executive Director of the SNHPC, will present an introduction to attendees. The workshop will also feature a small group discussion period, a reporting period, and a summary of topics discussed.

This free workshop is open to the public and all are encouraged to attend and share their answers to the question, “How can we make Southern New Hampshire the best place to live, learn, work and play for everyone?”

    It’s was a good workshop, but as with the master plan, no young people!? Why? These decisions will affect we’re u live and how. Come on youngn’s we need your input and thoughts.

    Not to put you on the spot. How many people were in attendance, and how many would you say represented Londonderry?
