At the December 12, 2012 Planning Board meeting, members of the board were presented with a outline on how Pillsbury Realty would move forward presenting their Planned Unit Development. At the meeting a motion was granted to move the review clock out unit April of 2013.
At the meeting the town’s third party review team informed the Planning Board that they have had several meetings with town staff members and Pillsbury Reality to go over the materials presented to date. The Town’s consultant team discussed with the applicant that supplemental materials are needed to fully evaluate the scope of the project going forward.
An outline has been created of what is needed to be included in the application, and the plan itself, with development standards, and the detail as far as land use planning goes. Some of the supplemental materials will include the application, a fiscal impact analysis, a development agreement, and other needed documentation. The goal of this outline is to present the plan in more manageable increments at Planning Board meetings.
