“Pay It Forward” serves up Turkey at the Sonshine Soup Kitchen

The Londonderry High School Administration team along with the Pay It Forward Group recently cooked a thanksgiving feast for the Derry Sonshine Soup Kitchen.  With a wonderful food donation from Londonderry Hannaford’s  the LHS team made a turkey dinner that was quoted as “Amazing and Delicious”.

“It was really a team effort” stated Katie Sullivan.  Principal Jay Parent and Sullivan went to Hannaford’s on Tuesday, picked up the turkeys and then let the Family and Consumer LHS teachers and their students take over from there.

Principal Jay parent said, “that giving back to the community is a great feeling” and was impressed with the his admin team for “Paying It Forward”.
