With school starting tomorrow, Tuesday August 28, 2012, Londonderry News is publishing the school bus routes for each school. However, unique to this site, we have included the bus route maps for each school! Be sure to check now for your child’s bus number!

Moose Hill School has two sessions, a morning session and an afternoon session. The AM session meets from 8:55 – 11:30 and the PM session meets from 12:30 – 3:05. Session is determined by where you live in town. If your child attends a day care, the day care should be in the same section of town as your residency as we cannot make changes in session for day care reasons without affecting the class size.
North School opened September 1967 as a way to alleviate the crowded classrooms at Central School (Matthew Thornton) as well as the necessity of housing children in the Methodist Church.
South Londonderry Elementary School was built in 1978 and provides education for children in Grades 1-5 who live in Londonderry’s southern district.
Matthew Thornton School opened as Central School in 1949. Additions were made in 1952, 1960, 1965 and 1985. In 1975 the name of Central School was changed to Matthew Thornton School.
