Lorinda White, 52, is missing. She was last seen at her home in Milford, NH shortly before 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 5, 2012. She apparently left barefoot and without her cellphone or wallet. Police aren’t sure if she left in a vehicle or on foot. Lorinda was last seen wearing blue cloth shorts, a pink tank top and a green baseball cap and stands about 5 feet 4 inches and weighs around 140 pounds. She has red hair and blue eyes, police said.
She doesn’t have any known medical conditions or mental illnesses but family members told police she has been acting “differently” recently. The day prior she walked out of the home and drove from NH to Maine and ended up at a bed and breakfast in Kittery, Maine, when the staff called her home and said that she had been there and seemed confused. Her boyfriend thought she had left for the grocery store. He phoned her family for a group meeting scheduled for the next day to talk with her about seeing a doctor, however, while waiting for family to arrive she disappeared again. This time she has not come back, as yet. This is totally out of her character. The family is extremely worried and ask the public to please help look for Lorinda.
Anyone with information is asked to call Milford police at (603) 249-0630, or your local police.
