Suspects in custody, suspected weapon recovered.
The Londonderry Police Department arrested two subjects yesterday July 3, 2012 in connection to an armed robbery which occurred July 2, 2012. This was not a random occurrence, all parties involved were known to each other from prior dealings and this incident allegedly stemmed from a prior drug transaction. A juvenile, was allegedly robbed at gunpoint by Mark Boardman and Timothy Larochelle Jr. The juvenile suffered superficial injuries during the incident.
Arrested for Armed Robbery, second degree assault, criminal threatening with use of deadly weapon, reckless conduct and placeing another in danger 36 year old Mark James Boardman of 15B Perkins Road, Londonderry, NH.
Mr. Boardman was held at Rockingham County Jail on $20,000.00 cash bail and given a court date of July 5, 2012 at 8:15 am at the Derry District Court.
Also arrested for second degree assault robbery, 27 year old Timothy Raymond Larochelle Jr. of 15B Perkins Road, Londonderry, NH.
Mr. Larochelle was held at Rockingham County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail and given a court date of July 5, 2012 at 8:15 am at the Derry District Court.
A search warrant for 15B Perkins Rd. was executed in conjunction with the arrests of the above mentioned subjects. During the search two replica semiautomatic pistols were found, one of which was believed to be used in the crime.
