Police to Host Auction this Friday

The Londonderry Police Department recently announced that a public auction will be held this Friday, July 13, 2012. During the auction, a 2003 vehicle will be sold.

Located at the Londonderry Police Station at 268 Mammoth Road, the auction will begin at 10 AM. Sold during the auction will be a 2003 Mazda MPV. The vehicle will be sold in as-is and where-is condition with no warranties either expressed or implied.

Be advised that the Londonderry Police Department does not have a Certificate of Title to the vehicle and the new owner will have to apply for a title under the Abandoned Motor Vehicle Statute. All rise shall be on the buyer to obtain said Title.

Be sure to come by the police station this Friday, July 13, 2012, at 10 AM for the auction!

    Low miles……only used by a former Town Manager on Sundays’ to collect impact fees.

    Isn’t that the vehicle owned by Binh Vernet? The man who murdered his wife and then killed himself after fleeing in this car?
