On Friday July 20th a Hillsborough County Grand Jury indicted U.S. postal employee Francis Saucier, 44, on seven felony and three misdemeanor charges stemming from an investigation that began in April of this year by the Manchester Police Dept. On April 26th Saucier was arrested by the MPD Juvenile Division for a misdemeanor sexual assault against a child he allowed inside his postal vehicle. Detectives continued to investigate the case after Saucier’s arrest which led these indictments. These crimes are alleged to have been committed against three different children all of whom were allowed inside his postal vehicle. The children were between the ages of seven and ten.
Saucier, of 260 Pawtucket Blvd in Tyngsborough Ma., was indicted on six different counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault. Two of those charges are alternate theory indictments. He also faces a felony charge of Indent Exposure. The three misdemeanor charges are two counts of misdemeanor Indecent Exposure and one count of misdemeanor Sexual Assault. There is no scheduled date for Saucier’s arraignment at this time but it is expected to be in August.
