Wrong Way Driver on Everett Turnpike in Nashua Intoxicated

At 1:30am this morning, June 9th 2012, State Police Communications broadcast a report of a wrong-way driver traveling north in the southbound lane of the F.E.Everett Turnpike in Nashua. Multiple reports of this vehicle were received by the Communications Section.

Trooper Juan Infante of Troop B responded to the area and located the vehicle. Trooper Infante attempted to stop 47 year old Mark A. Ledoux of Hudson as he continued north past the Exits 7 and 8 interchanges. The vehicle did not immediately yield but was ultimately stopped by Trooper Infante.

LEDOUX was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. During the booking process, he was determined to have a blood alcohol level two and a half times the legal limit. It was not Mr. Ledoux’s first time behind the wheel drunk, he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Subsequent Offense. He will be arraigned in the Nashua Court in July.
