Local Police Agencies Help in Ecstasy Investigation

On June 19, 2012, the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit completed a three month drug investigation involving the crime of Sale and Unlawful Importation of the Narcotic Drug MDMA (Ecstasy).  Also assisting with this investigation were the US Postal Inspection Service, US Homeland Security Investigations, US Drug Enforcement Administration, Nashua NH Police Department, and Londonderry, NH Police Department.

As a result of this investigation, search warrants were executed at the following residences:

  • 41 Rolling Ridge Road
    Londonderry, NH
  • 9 Casco Drive Apartment G
    Nashua, NH

Two subjects were arrested without incident and taken into custody reference to their involvement in the distribution of MDMA (Ecstasy). Nicholas Boccia, 22 of Londonderry, and Mark Kondry, 19 of Nashua.

As a result of these arrests and search warrants, approximately 2.5 pounds of MDMA (Ecstasy), packaging materials used for distribution of drugs, multiple scales, and several thousand dollars in precious metals purchased with illicit drug proceeds were seized.

Mr. Boccia was charged with one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Narcotic Drug MDMA (Ecstasy).  He was held on $5,000 cash bail and was arraigned on June 20, 2012 in the Derry District Court.

Mr. Kondry was charged with one count of Sale of a Narcotic Drug MDMA (Ecstasy) with additional charges pending.  He was released on $4,000 cash bail and his arraignment date in the Nashua District Division is pending.

  3. Here is some disturbing an oppressed and inconsistent team fans desperately want to stand up. You never know where you stand. One day you’re up, the next day, you find one. The trust is short. You want to buy something, but you do not want to be ripped off. Do you want to play football, but you do not want to take it out from you, like countless times. Do you know the consequences of your behavior, but not familiar with the surroundings, can prevent you bait the trap. Do you hope to one day be rewarded for your faith, but you can not let myself down.
