FBI Offers Significant Award for Information Leading to Arrest

Considered a fugitive since 2003 after allegedly being involved in three bombings in California, Daniel Andreas San Diego may be hiding in Massachusetts. The FBI in both Boston and San Francisco are asking for help from the public in locating the man, who was reportedly the first domestic terrorism suspect added to the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorist list.

Added to the list on April 21, 2009, San Diego became wanted after two bombs exploded about an hour apart on the campus of a biotechnology corporation in Emeryville, California on August 28, 2003. Less than a month later, on September 26, 2003, a bomb strapped with nails exploded at a nutritional products corporation in Pleasanton, California.

A federal arrest warrant was issued in October 2003 for San Diego, however, he disappeared before he could be taken into custody. He is described as six feet tall, weighing around 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He wears glasses and is known to carry a 9mm handgun. He is known to have ties to animal rights extremist groups and follow a vegan diet.

The FBI is offering an award of $250,000 for information leading directly to his arrest. If you have any information concerning Daniel Andreas San Diego, please contact the Boston FBI office at 617-742-5533 or your local office.
