Annual Celebration Made Possible by Many Local Businesses

Today marks the opening day for the Town’s 5-day celebration packed full of fun. However, Old Home Day wouldn’t be made possible without the generous donations of both time and money from many local businesses and volunteers. Both year-round planning and a partnership of the Town of Londonderry and local businesses play a role in the event’s success.

The Old Home Day Committee meets from September through August on the third Thursday of every month. In the Sunnycrest Meeting Room of the Town Hall, the committee discusses the upcoming event, as well as raises over $10,000 annually for Old Home Day. This money comes mainly from local businesses who have committed themselves to the event through sponsorships.
